How to avoid having a heart attack in the morning

But the morning after you get up can be a good time to take a few minutes to unwind and reconnect with your body.

Here are some tips on how to avoid getting your heart rate up and how to prevent having a cardiac event.

Don’t try to go to sleep during the day When you wake up in the evening, you’re not actually feeling sleepy, so it’s important to keep a good night’s rest to help you sleep.

And in the first hour after waking up, try not to take long breaks, especially if you’re a morning person.

This could lead to hypothermia, which can cause heart failure.

If you’re at the risk of having a blood clot, talk to your GP and ask for a blood test.

Do your morning exercises A good way to start the day is with a simple exercise like jogging or walking.

Eat plenty of protein throughout the day Breakfast should be your first meal of the day and it’s also a good way for you to eat throughout the week.

For example, make sure you eat a varied, filling meal that’s packed with protein.

It can help your body release more of its own building blocks, such as proteins, to help build your cells.

Try to avoid alcohol The alcohol in drinks such as red wine, tequila and whiskey can cause problems with blood clotting, which could be life-threatening.

If the drink you’re drinking has an alcohol content of less than five per cent, then try to drink it only with people who are older than you.

If it’s been over a week since you last drank, it’s a good idea to drink with friends or family for the best chance of avoiding problems.
